Additional request and revision

• Additional request during the drafting phase shall include:

  • Adding references.

  • Revising paragraph (adding arguments, clarifying a sentence, etc).

  • Including figures/tables.

• Revision after the drafting phase shall include all the above EXCEPT for adding references.

Discussion throughout the project

• All communications and discussions pertaining to academic writing commences in Zulip, via #writer-team stream to avoid miscommunication.

• QC/project manager shall use Google meet when they require a synchronous discussion (recorded).

• QC/project manager moves the recorded meeting to the working-directory. Please contact the #core-tribe to access the recording.

• The squad members is obliged to report any blocker or impediment during drafting.
